How will my order be delivered and what are the postal charges?

We have now updated the website with a new postage system and postage pricing as we have gone to a new service. This will mean better volume/weight calculation at the checkout and an overall cheaper and better service for our customers.

By default, we dispatch all our orders via Royal Mail Standard Delivery or for heavy/ higher volume items with our courier service DPD.

The charge of postage will be automatically calculated at the cart using the volume of your order.

Due to these challenging times orders are taking a little longer to reach our customers even through we are dispatching promptly. We thank you for your patience and valued custom.

We currently only ship within the mainland United Kingdom. Area's such as Northern Ireland and northern Scotland may cost additional postage.

How long will my order take to reach me?

We aim to dispatch all our orders the same day as they are received. However, any purchases made on a public bank holiday or on a weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

If you choose our standard delivery option, please allow 3 - 5 working days for your order to reach you, but please be aware that your delivery will be at the mercy of Royal Mail, so it may arrive earlier or later than expected. 

What Methods of Payment do you accept?

you can pay for your goods at the checkout using our secure Paypal service. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this as you can checkout as a guest.


Alternatively, you can contact us directly to make a secure card payment over the phone. 

What if I change my mind or want to cancel/return my order?

Just get in touch with our Customer Service team via email -, or call us on  02920 854 860. 

You can return goods to us for a refund as long as the items are all unused and undamaged.  Please note that you will be liable for the postal charges which are non-refundable. 


If in the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 working days.

What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?

You'll be pleased to know that this rarely happens as we manufacture our own products and carry large stocks. If on the rare occasion that we are out of stock, your item(s) will be put on back order and dispatched as soon as stocks land. We will, of course, contact you to let you know.

Do you charge VAT on your items?

Yes, 20% VAT is included in the price you pay.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes, we are.

Why are you only making and selling compostable products and not biodegradable ones too?

As an eco-friendly, Earth-conscious company, we only manufacture, source and sell packaging which we know to be reliably reusable; completely compostable or readily recycled because the packaging that's currently being marketed as "biodegradable" isn't as harmless and environmentally responsible as the companies touting them claim to be.
