Why Choose our Paper Caddy Bin LinersWhen it comes to looking after our planet - and our homes - wouldn't it be nice if the products we used to live a greener, cleaner life actually worked and helped us rather than hindered us? Because we don't know about you but we're getting fed up of buying kitchen caddy bin bags that aren't fit for purpose. You know the ones we mean; the kind that have a penchant for popping, an affinity for splitting and a tendency to tear... But now, thanks to these thick, strong and eco-elegant Bags4Caddies paper-based caddy bin liners, recycling food waste has never been so quick, so easy or so hassle-free, because:
- These eco-friendly paper-based food waste caddy liners are made right here in the UK from wet-strength paper; a natural, renewable and vegan-friendly resource
- Stronger than caddy bin bags made from corn and wheat starch, these compost caddy bags boast excellent tensile strength and durability; they even retain liquids well without leaks or spills
- These paper-based food waste bags (council approved) are 100 per cent compostable; they'll completely degrade in commercial compost heaps in a matter of months and won't leave any toxic chemicals or other nasties behind. They even give something back to our planet; helping to make nutrient-rich humus which all our plants and trees need to grow healthy and strong
Specifically crafted to be convenient and easy to work with, these tall kitchen caddy bags are reliably strong and dependably durable; providing excellent caddy bin and floor protection at a nominal cost
What Can These be Used For?
These Bags4Caddies food caddy liners are designed to fit most 7-litre kitchen compost bins. They've been specifically crafted so that they can be folded out (like the images show) with a box-shaped bottom to fit in your caddy or sit on a worktop.
Dimensions: 200 x 150 x 360 mm
These paper-based caddy bags for food waste are EN13432-certified as fully compostable and biodegradable to the internationally recognised certification for compostable material. Governed and endorsed by Din Certco, OK Compost and the UK Compost Association, these food caddy bin bags are accepted by most local authorities for food waste recycling schemes.
Storage & Usage
These Bags4Caddies caddy bags should be stored in a cool, dark and dry place out of direct sunlight because if left near sources of heat and steam (like near your kitchen sink, microwave, tumble drier or oven), they'll eventually start to degrade.
Therefore, it's very important that you keep them somewhere cool and away from moisture to keep them fit for purpose. You should also use all your kitchen caddy liners within 18 months of purchase and use up the oldest bags first.
These paper-based compostable caddy bags last longer than conventional food caddy liners and are great at retaining liquids, however, you may find that grease can still leak through. For that reason, we suggest putting a sheet of kitchen towel roll in the bottom of your caddy bags - or in the bottom of your bin - to soak up any oils and fat. And don't worry, you can still recycle that piece of kitchen towel roll along with the rest of your organic kitchen waste.
